Tracsa Cat is opening a branch in San Luis Potosí, expanding its sales and service coverage.

This opening strengthens our ability to serve more customers and support projects with machinery, replacement parts, and specialized technical support.

The opening of a Tracsa Cat branch in Tepic expands our presence in western Mexico.

We continue to develop a service network that brings us closer to our customers, providing equipment and services to support their production activities.

Tracsa Cat opens its branch in Morelia and consolidates its regional expansion.

With this addition, we are expanding our coverage in Michoacán, bringing machinery solutions and support closer to the sectors we serve.

We established Tracsa Industrial, a specialized division of Tracsa Cat focused on material-handling equipment.

Its product lineup includes machinery for the logistics, manufacturing, and port industries, along with spare parts, service, and rental options. This move diversifies our business operations and opens up new opportunities to serve additional sectors.

We founded Transmac, a company that began operations with four tractor-trailers and six trailers to meet the transportation needs of our own companies.

This project laid the foundation for what would later become Trensa, our company specializing in transportation and logistics.

T-Renta was founded as a new division of Tracsa Cat, which later adopted the name Tracsa The Cat Rental Store and is now known as Tracsa Cat Rentals℠

Its business focuses on the rental and sale of light construction equipment, generators, aerial work platforms, and mobile offices. In this way, we expand the options available to customers with different operational needs.

The rental division is opening a branch in Puerto Vallarta and strengthening its presence in western Mexico.

This opening brings rental equipment and solutions to more projects, expanding our ability to serve the region.

We established Tracsa Energía, a division dedicated to power generation projects and equipment.

We offer capabilities that include needs analysis, consulting, permit management, installation, operation, and maintenance. With this expertise, we are expanding our involvement into energy solutions for various production activities.

We founded Tracsa Agrícola, a division that began operations with branches in Guadalajara, Autlán, and Uruapan.

Its product lineup includes machinery, implements, replacement parts, and specialized services for agricultural activities. This addition strengthens our ability to meet the needs of the agricultural sector.

A pivotal year in our diversification efforts, during which we acquired Sitsa, Lubtrac, and Llantrac, expanding our commercial reach and our presence in various industrial sectors.

Sitsa began operations with solutions for crushing, concrete, drilling, cranes, and container handlers. Lubtrac joined as an authorized distributor of Mobil™ lubricants, while Llantrac developed a line of tires for industrial applications.

With these three companies, we diversified our portfolio and expanded our presence in the Mexican market.

Tracsa Cat opens a new branch in Zacatecas and continues to expand its sales coverage.

This expansion strengthens our regional presence and brings machinery, replacement parts, and specialized service to more customers.

Tracsa Cat is opening branches in Zamora and Apatzingán, while Sitsa is inaugurating facilities in Villahermosa, Tabasco.

These openings strengthen our presence in central-western and southeastern Mexico, expanding the commercial and technical services offered by both companies.

Lubtrac has obtained certification for its quality management system, which supports the strengthening of its processes and services.

This milestone reflects the importance of developing operational capabilities and maintaining quality standards in our companies.

Tracsa Agrícola is opening new branches in the San Luis Potosí and Zacatecas regions. Meanwhile, Sitsa is expanding its presence with facilities in Durango and Chihuahua.

That same year, Trensa obtained accreditation under the New Scheme for Certified Companies (NEEC), which focuses on the security of its supply chain.

We have obtained authorization to distribute Mack® trucks, a decision that expands our presence in the transportation sector.

This step lays the groundwork for the future growth of Total Trucks Mexico (TTM), our company specializing in freight transportation solutions.

Alaya, a company specializing in capital asset insurance, has been established.
Its addition expands our capabilities with solutions focused on protecting our clients’ assets and supporting the continuity of their operations. 

Tracsa Agrícola opens a branch in Nayarit and continues to expand its service coverage across the Mexican countryside.

That year, the company also ranked first nationally in the CNH Dealer Standard evaluation, a result that highlights the performance of our agricultural operations.

During the 2022–2023 period, we introduced and consolidated new specialties to meet the needs of various sectors.

Agtrac emerged from the agricultural division and brings together machinery, implements, technology, and specialized services, while also expanding its presence to Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Arandas in Jalisco.

We added Okila, which specializes in welding products and accessories, and Finmaq (formerly Mañarina), which focuses on financing solutions.

TTM also solidified its position as a Mack distributor, while T-Renta reemerged as a company offering nationwide rental and sales of light machinery.

During this phase, EvFlex was launched, focusing on electric fleet management services for businesses.

The Tracsa Group celebrated its 50th anniversary, recognizing five decades of growth, specialization, and relationships built with customers, employees, and partners.

From the first Tracsa Cat branches to the incorporation of new companies, each stage expanded our capabilities and strengthened our presence in various sectors.

Tracsa Cat has once again earned accreditation from Caterpillar’s Technical Career Development Program (TCDP), with a score of 318 out of 318 points.

This recognition, awarded on July 16, 2025, highlights the expertise of its technical team and the collaborative efforts of the departments involved in their training. 

Grupo Tracsa is evolving into Staria, a corporate identity that represents the history, expertise, and capabilities of our companies.

This new phase strengthens the way we present ourselves to the market, with an umbrella brand that brings greater clarity to our offerings and recognizes the value of each company.

We retain the knowledge, teams, and relationships built over more than five decades. The evolution of our identity and the coexistence of our brands will proceed in a phased, step-by-step manner.
